Sammy is one of the most scientific and yet creative personal trainer you can find. Holding a Masters Degree in Health Science and a Bachelor Degree in Sports Science, he designs and balances his clients workouts as closely to the science of the human body, but yet paying much attention to variety and creativity of the workouts.
He also teaches Muay Thai in Singapore Management of University is currently a Amateur Muay Thai Association of Singapore Nutrition Lecturer.
Besides being a trainer, Sammy also lectured at Chichester University (UK), teaching "Applied Coaching". This is a Ba (Hons) Sports and Adventure Facilitation Degree Program run by Auston Institute of Managements Singapore.
1.2 OUR TRAINERS
Pearly has trained in Muay Thai for more than 5 years and has fought competitively both in Singapore and Jakarta. Her keen interest in fitness and sports led her to start resistance training and further spurred her into getting herself certified as a Personal Trainer since Jan 2015.
Having battled many years with her own weight, Pearly knows and understand the challenges people face during their weight loss and fitness journey. Her goal is to inspire and motivate others through her own physical transformation.
Her personal mantra is “If a regular Jane like me can do it, then so can anyone! Most importantly, how bad do you want it?”
